The small distance from the airport made this the perfect location for our brief stay. We only stayed one night but if we knew the amenities of this location and had more time- this would have been a longer stay.

You need to improve your shuttle service to the airport. When I arrived at the airport, I had to walk an EXTRA 45 minutes to get to my terminal!!!!!I could have missed my flight.Tell your drivers to drop guests off at their individual terminal!!!!!

I had to wait for the airport shuttle for an hour as it did not come to the assigned area that I was at. It became very frustrating, and the driver was very confrontational when I addressed my situation. The check-in was courteous, but my room was a long way from the elevator after being very tired from traveling since 530am and it was late at night. The room was very old and outdated but clean. I was not staying long and wanted to get some rest before an early wakeup call to go back to the airport. Someone across the hall was fighting with someone else inside a room which was disturbing. It was bit of a difficult stay, but the check-out was easy, and the morning driver was very nice and helpful in getting me to my correct ticket counter.

Hotel is getting old but good, free shuttle bus pick up at between 2B and 2D local but limited time slot and it didn't mention on app. Whomever want free shuttle to hotel be aware. NO local shuttle service is available but mention it on app. at expedia.com.hk. it is misleading.

We booked this hotel as it was close tot he airport and we had stayed at a Millenium chain before and had a great experience.
The lobby was beautiful and check in was great.
The room however was very disappointing. The carpet had stains all over it. The bathroom tiles were chipped and had grout missing. And the worst part was the shower- the shower head was broken and there was no hot water.
The bed was comfortable and clean and we were so tired we just wanted to sleep but we were very disappointed with the overall state of the room, especially cleanliness and accessibility to a good shower facility.
Breakfast was included for us and it was fine although very crowded and the 2 employees seemed very overwhelmed.
We used the airport shuttle which was fine but only drops you off at 2E so make sure you go with plenty of time to get to your terminal. It took us 30 min from when the shuttle dropped us off to be able to get to terminal 3 for our flight, thankfully we had left early.

The property was disgusting. The rug was gross and discolored, the furniture was mangled and damaged, curtains ripped, hairs were in the towels and the shower did not look clean. The staff was horrible. We arrived at CDG and called for the shuttle and we’re given very vague instructions on where to pick it up and when we asked for clarification they yelled at us and said it’s coming. We waited and searched for 45 minutes and had called back and they laughed at us and said we missed it and should just take a taxi. The taxi cost 25 euro and I had specifically purchased a hotel with a free shuttle. The staff at checkin were rude and they took a 200 euro deposit on my credit card which was more than twice the cost of the room per night. NEVER book this place.

Awful experience, please avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff were rude and unable to effectively perform their roles.
Check-in took from 11:30pm to 12:45am. Doing the online check-in beforehand is a waste of time, they don't use it and you need to do everything again when you check-in, including filling out a paper form when they have all your details from Expedia.
I travel extensively for both work and pleasure, and this was perhaps one of my worst hotel experiences ever.
