perfect Hotel to be overnight at Paris airport, Room was OK but the shower kept turning cold and burning hot every 5 seconds, very annoying . The good part, you are wishing walking distance of your check in counter inside terminal 2

Our flight back to the US was cancelled so we immediately found the Sheraton as being the most accessible stay while our flight was rebooked. The hotel was amazing and a wonderful short stay

Great hotel if you are either flying in or out on an international flight. It is so convenient to the terminals and the trains to the city. Our room, even with no view, was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in hotel was very good and again, convenient for an overnight stay. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast before leaving for the US. Have stayed numerous times and will continue to stay here.

Waited a long time to check in, and then they wanted me to pay for the 3 person
Which I already pay for
In the end they fund out I paid already
But then they have to put the 3 bed in the room
This is not what you want to deal with when you check in around midnight
I expected more for a Sheraton Hotel
The luggage man he is a 5 stars
Very friendly and helpful
Otherwise nice room and perfect location for the flight in the morning

The location of this hotel couldn’t be more convenient for someone traveling out of CDG. It is inside the Terminal 2 building, so if you have an early flight, all you have to do is walk out the door and use the moving sidewalks to get to your gate. Also, it is astoundingly quiet! The best soundproofing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The only downside to this property was that the water temperature varied wildly. I wanted to take a relaxing shower, but the temperature flipped from freezing cold to scalding hot in seconds, repeatedly. A bath would have been safer.

Dining room was full so we ate in the bar. Were told we’d have dining room menu but didn’t. My salad was very good. The room was very clean and quiet. So nice to be right in the airport for an early flight!

Great hotel for the night while transferring. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rather mediocre but fine. Close to the rer line to go to the city.
