I couldn’t open my safe in the morning at 4:00 am when I was going to the airport. The battery was low and it showed an error. Very frustrating especially when you have an early flight.

Needed a place to stay close to the airport that allowed pets. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast and dinner were terribly overpriced.

I got stuck overnight due to a canceled flight and this hotel was exactly what I needed: A lovely, clean room, fresh fruit and nice flavored water. The directions from the airport were a bit tricky, however, so watch out for that.

The hotel is convenient to the airport. It is clean and modern. Rooms are big. However there seems to be very little effort to make the stay itself convenient. For example you can’t charge food or drink to the room. To get an alcoholic drink with dinner we had to walk out of the restaurant, order a drink at the bar, pay for it and walk it back into the restaurant. There were a few other things which felt „not convenient“, which especially at an airport hotel, when you are stressed from traveling anyways, made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but it won’t be our first choice to come back to.

We had an unexpected stay in Munich as we missed our flight connection Easy to book on line room was clean had everything we needed The buffet dinner looked a bit poor nor alt to choose from for €40 each
