Check in was not smooth. No room was available for a while. When we were taken there, it seemed to be occupied, so we weren't taken inside and had to wait for another room to be ready. Hotel also advised to get to airport 90 mins before flight, but Kotoka has very strict policies so was quite ill-advised, especially from an airport hotel.

Top floor has live music at night and great prices drinks and food. Food, great quality and staff is most helpful and positive!
Improvement, there is old caulking and some messy grout in shower and around the toilet floor, which causes some areas to grow mold in the caulking.Caulking should be replaced.
Otherwise very helpful, lovely staff and convenient location from airport!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. I would stay here again.

The property is very old and dated. The door to the hotel room didn’t lock properly. Would have asked for a room change, but the property was sold out. They did not plan for my arrival and had to be given a suite because that was the only room available. There was also some miscommunication for airport pick-up the driver wasn’t at the exit of the airport but near an alley the side. Better signage would be helpful

The entrance to the airport is a mess, but the inside is clean and decent. The airport sits on a street corner where there is a lot of traffic and honking. They do not have a pick up from the airport if you are flying domestic. My check in took 25 minutes.

Terrible terrible experience with Airport View Hotel. After confirming multiple times via email and over the phone: airport pickup, check-in time, and number of rooms booked, they left my clients at the airport at 4am, refused to check them in, overcharged for an additional room, and seemed to have no communication with other staff about any of these things. I would never book this hotel again.

I have slept here so many times and always had problems with them but i still come because is very close to the airport. Yesterday's stay was improvement but they can still do better. I know a lot of people who have complained and won't stay there again. If they will listen to the review and improve,,it will be one of the best around airport. Do not think people will come and sleep regardless (the Ghanaian mentality) please take reviews seriously so work on it. Overall, yesterday's was better than my previous stays.
