La Maison Hotel

I booked this Hotel for my family, Because I wanted them to be close to the airport to catch thier and according to them they really enjoy their stay.

The AC was very high and there was no remote contole to control it and no sheet to cover ourselves. We called the staff, they brought an AC remote controle but never a sheet, although they kept saying they were going to they never did. The sheet that covered the bed was dirty. Breakfast was included and no time was mentionned when booking but once we get there they said Breakfast is to be served at 8h AM. Our flight was at 7h45 am so I believe that saying "Full Breakfast included" is a lie to get people to book as there was nothing around to get food from. It was an a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have been refunded.

Near the airport

That was my first and last stay at that hotel the only good thing was that the staff was nice. Cons- I arrived at the hotel past check in time around 3:50 I still had to wait for a good 40 mins for the room to be ready. Got to the room there wasn’t any towel or toiletries had to walked /called reception to ask for items about 3 times in 3 hours finally got them around 8pm . I am a pescatarian but there was nothing in the seafood dept to eat at the restaurant except lambi didn’t trust them enough so I didn’t eat I ordered pasta as breakfast food was terrible I couldn’t it couldn’t even get a cold bottle of water or ice for that matter well forget about getting your drink of choice you’ll get what they have . I don’t have enough time to explain everything that went wrong let’s just say that the staff was nice and I got a ride to the airport the driver was also nice that is it. Needless to say I will never set foot in that hotel ever again.

Kinda close to the airport, that’s it

The property and the some of the staffs ok. I paid over $100 per night they gave me room that don't even cost $20 per night. I thought being close by the airport they should have little more for international personal.

No transportation from/ and to the airport while the distance is less than 1 mile. Bad reception! Very small room.

The worse hotel experience ever, they shouldn't even be on your website, for a hotel that's the closest to the airport they should be at the highest standards yet the lowest, not even water, really? And you taking people money without disclosing and you charging extra for "we have a little issues with the gas right now so we have to add another $15 per room" not knowing what HELL i was walking into i said ok. Honestly I just wish i had sit down with the owner because i really can't Express myself in this review

The hotel is close to the airport, but the shuttle does not begin daily operation until 7am, which is too late. The restaurant served good food, but they did not have many of the items listed on the menu. The room was okay, but there were several problems. The toilet seat was broken. The shower and toilet made a gurgling sound throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was below average. The staff was polite and efficient, and they responded to our needs, but it was one of those situations where you finally stop making requests or reporting problems. Had our party needed more than a night's accommodations prior to our departing flight the following morning I would have been very upset. I would not stay here again if I had other options. I would NOT give the hotel three stars--maybe two--but even that is generous considering the problems with the bathroom.

It's a very comfortable place to stay. Very close to the airport the staff is outstanding though small the was very enjoyable.
