The hotel was great about communication regarding the hotel shuttle to/from the airport. The pool was fun and refreshing.
The area is as safe as it can be. This is not the fault of the hotel, which is very security-conscious, but outside of the hotel, all of Port-au-Prince is experiencing insecurity.

First, Servotel did not respond to my email requesting shuttle service. I had to call the day before my arrival. There was a friendly woman on the phone. She promised me that the shuttle would be at the airport. Upon arrival, there was no shuttle, so I had to take a taxi to the hotel.

This is a great hotel near the airport I had an early morning flight to the province came in the night before had a great breakfast. Transportation was provided with security to the airport . Great food nice place to hangout by the pool

There are no entertainment such as TV, Pool access. The rooms are terrible. A motel
Is more presentable. The smell of
Mold is everywhere. No managers on property to even complain. The service men and women are great but they can’t do anything. For an hotel that is closer to the airport, it’s very disappointing. Hopefully they hire a property manager, hostess manager, Human Resources personnel and change their menu.

This was by far the worst experience staying in that establishment let me tell you how bad that place is to start the carpet was so filthy it was unbelievable it appears that carpet have not been cleaned up for months caused they were roaches all over, flies flying around like airplane ✈️stinky gum on the floor 🤢 I gotta tell you I was very disappointed ☹️

Only thing I did not like about servotel is that after a long day because my started from Philadelphia a 1:00 am, a connecting flight from Philadelphia to Miami and Miami to Haiti and when I get to servotel at 2:40 pm their make me wait for 3:00 pm to check in and the lobby where their make me wait at was so hot and I was already tired and smelled, so, that’s why I did not appreciate it.
