Just stayed one night because of the near location to the airport. There is nothing to complain about, the hotel is well organized, airport shuttle was possible (c.a. 200 Rupees), the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and attentive.

The hotel is very near the airport. At the time of booking, airport pick up and drop was indicated as complimentary. However, I was charged for the service. Check in process was handled in a rude manner. Id (Photo PAN card) that was accepted in other locations was not accepted here.
Finally - the breakfast served on 13th May was very bad. The poha was almost burnt, the chutney tasted stale. The daal was over sweet.
Room was modern in design and amenities. However, the shower cubicle was very badly designed. The bathroom gets completely wet in a moment since there is no sliding close for shower space.

We had a good stay at the Ethnotel . The staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good .The room was clean and comfortable. If we had to stay in an airport hotel we would choose this one

Got what I expected. Clean, friendly but does not provide airport pick up and drop off complientary considering selling point is closeness to airport. I had to pay extra. But overall great.
