Check in experience was quite terrible. Firstly, being a Gold member and eligible for certain benefits, the hotel mentions that they have no idea of this and I should contact Hotels.com since they can do nothing, like early chk-in etc. I wanted early chk-in since I had a long flight, but they said I need to pay extra to which I agreed. Then I mentioned about the early chk in benefit for Gold member. Then they changed their words and said the available room is under maintainance. Most of the staff here are very rude and ill-mannered. They dont have basic understanding of being couteous.

Small cockroach greeted us in our luxury but little tired suite. Unfortunately our room faced the lifts making us rather exposed. Good meals evening and breakfast. Would recommend between flights.

Proof that all what glitters is not gold. BEAUTIFULL hotel layout, but our but our sky window was to dirty to look through, with rain leaking very much. Again hassle about the transfer, a complementary juice was offered but after 45 minutes not delivered to our room, when we went down to the smoking room we asked if it could be delivered there but were told that is was already sent to our room. For breakfast we were escorted to a table by a hostess, but after returning from the buffet someone else was seated there with my wifes handbag moved to another table, so we had to return to the fresh aggsttion to give a new table number. We paid a deposit for drinks etc of about 130 euro, had a few drinks but on check out another 130 euro, we asked for the bill but could not get it as it was booked through expedia and the bill woud be sent through them only. This anount had been reserved on my card but was not chargedto it in the end, no appology was received. This 5 star hotel has incompetentdesk staff and lacks maintenance never again

I have stayed here on all my trips to Mumbai. Every time I have visited it has been a pleasure, and the whole thing is an experience. I am travelling back in August with the family.

Stay was good but staffs were not professional (Mr rohit at reception ) .In my booking it was mentioned all my food within the hotel has 20% discount but this was not given at all unless i mentioned even with that they took hell lot of time to check and confirm and didnt provide at all but later gave with struggle .the shuttle bus mentioned free for my booking and they charged me for it approx. 1200 inr in fact it was just 5-10 min drive too expensive .hopefully i will not stay there further and will not recommend others .even i had booked for another room which i gave to my friend didn't cancel hoping to help them all gone in vain

Faced worst experience at Sahara Star and i decided not to book the same Hotel again for my business travel but Mr. Salil Fadnis convinced me to change little things internally and will try to provide me best possible service in my next business trip. I booked Sahara Star again and found complete change in services for which i was impressed. Its always nice to see that some people are very careful towards customer approach. Thanks Mr. Salil, hope to see you during my upcoming stay at Sahara Star.
