Ridiculous $10 fee for a second room key when two people travelling together. As the key is needed for lights and aircon and to use the lift this is very limiting for a couple.

Hotel is well maintained and service is very good. The breakfast starts very early (I think 2am) which is helpful if you have an early flight. The room is spacious, beds were comfortable and we slept well. Signage to the hotel could be improved, it is on the 2nd floor of the airport in the far end of the international section of the airport.

There's nothing special about it other than it being right next to the airport. The room smelled like sewer from the moment I opened it.

I’ve stayed here a number of times. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are nice with a comfortable bed. Very nice by Indonesian standards! I couldn’t ask for a better spot for a long layover. It can be a little hard to find and the directional signage has the wrong name on it, but they send an email with directions when you book so it’s not that big of a deal. Very close to International departures. Grateful for this hotel.

Overall the property is nice and quiet, it’s a little difficult to find in the airport. The property is clean and is great if you have a short layover or an early flight, nothing else to really say.
