Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport Hotel

Very convenient to the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant, though the music was a bit louder than needed. Nice to have the shuttle bus, but their timing was not actually in line with their postings on the morning I needed it. Very helpful staff. The meal I had was fabulous.

I had reviews about no air conditioning in this room but figured that mid-October it would be fine to open a window instead. I would have been right about that if the planes didn't take of an land right by the hotel and they start at in the middle of the night and it is one about every 90 seconds. The room was hot, noisy, and as other reviewers have said the double bed was small and you rolled to the middle. On top of that, we waited for the shuttle van at the correct location for nearly 30 minutes (we were 10min early). Eventually we gave up and took a taxi for 10 euros. I was going to bring it up with reception, but frankly the guy at the counter didn't appear the type to want to know. I had two rooms, the other room was exactly the same, we all slept terribly. Regarding the food, please read the reviews on Google etc. It is terrible and so very expensive. We ended up getting pizza delivered.

Had a lovely stay before our flight to usa

At check in, we received a complimentary room upgrade which was nice. Shuttle service was flawless and friendly to and from airport. The roof top restaurant was understaffed and the service was spotty but friendly, and the food was good. Would recommend this place to stay if you need to overnight at near the airport to catch an early flight the next day.

The perfect place to stay when flying in or out of Dublin Airport with a free shuttle bus.

It was very easy to get the airport shuttle. The room was excellent, but it would be nice if it had a couple drawers for clothes. The restaurant on third floor was fine if not a little expensive. Finally, although the price is similar to other airport hotels, 330 Euros for one night is outrageous.

A bit disappointed at restaurant menu. My sister is gluten free, very limited in that area. No gluten free bread available. Manager said they 'ran out'.. very condensending attitude & no offer for compensation. The rest of the stay was fine. Handy free shuttle to airport.

All parts excellent. Some brilliant staff - so helpful. Brilliant service to and from the airport.

We stayed here for a few hours during a long layover. We were exhausted and the worker was so helpful and accommodating.
