So close to the airport with an amazing ramen shop across the street. The building is old, but they are doing their best to make the stay comfortable and it shows.

It feels like this little place (compared to the surrounding hotels) is punching above its weight class. For the price I would have been content with less. But I got what felt like somewhere between an apartment and a studio, in spitting distance to the airport. The only disadvantage was that I had to book a smoker room, because of availability, but that, of course is not on the property, but on the circumstances, stuff happens when you are too lazy to book your accomodation well in advance. Highly recommended! Even the breakfast was excellent value.

Close to the airport and all other transportations, whether going into Osaka, Kobe, or Kyoto. The bathtub, especially, is a throw back to the traditional Japanese style where the shower is just outside of the tub, and can use the tub for soaking.

Bedroom window didn’t open, shower was kind of crusty. It was fine for an airport hotel but could have been better. Beds and room were clean.

Convenient spot for a night near the airport. Walkable from the terminal in 10 mins :)

Reftel has such easy access to the Osaka airport with all the comforts of an upscale hotel. Walking distance, beautiful comfortable rooms, luxurious bath. Great choice!

My stay was wonderful. The staff in the front desk helped me out on how to get to a small city 3hrs away since i was travelling by myself. Easily able to walk from the airport anddd a delicious hamburger steak shop near by. The train station is also very close and convenient.
The rooms were spacious for japan and clean. They give you all you need. Only down fall is they have no windows in the room.

Terribly overpriced, loud and dirty hotel in an intersection under the motorway. I can not recommend this hotel for any purpose, despite the proximity to the airport. Avoid it!

We were happy with the proximity to the airport, and the excellent service of the staff. The room was adequate and clean for the price. The complementary toiletries were of high quality.
