Two night stay whilst being a tourist. Excellent VFM, breakfast is authentic Japanese. Staff very helpful to guide you along. Bathroom a little small to Western standards-everything works mind you! Courtesy bus to n from airport.

Very convenient although dates airport hotel with a decent breakfast that starts early. However, the beds are extremely hard.

Because it was adjacent to Osaka International Airport, it had many users. But even among them, it was kept clean.
There are not many stores around, but I think that is unavoidable because of the proximity to the airport.
I was staying for consecutive nights, and the service was good at that time.

Very pleasant stay, very frequent shuttle bus to airport, although it’s only a 10 minute walk- breakfast OK, mostly Japanese fare, but omelette allowed for more western tastes. Very convenient for airport

Although it was near the airport, it was difficult to walk there with luggage. Didn’t know there was a free hotel/airport shuttle service.
Spacious and clean room for 3 adults though 2 of us had to share a bed.
But it was only for 1 night.
We appreciate the free breakfast provided and free shuttle service (once we learned about it).

Pros: Close to airport, quiet, nice staff.
Cons: Tiny room with very hard bed and uncomfortably hard pillows, extra service fee for 2 extra towels, weird food selection for breakfast that no one from a western country would want to eat.
Ok place for 1 night before flying out of Itami, But bring your own pillow or do what I did which was fold up a couple of towels to make a pillow.

Was 5t minute drive from the airport. About 20 min.walk to the railway station. 7Eleven convenience store across the road, and general supermarket about 10mins.walk.
Nightwear available in special cleaning/disinfecting storage, as well as small toiletries.
Breakfast was continental, but mostly Asian style.
A bit of a mix up as far as requests of family rooms to be next to each other, but mostly ok.
The Male memebers of staff really helpful.
