We booked this and then our flight was cancelled because of mechanical problems. We tried cancelling this within 6 hours of booking it and, even though there is a 24 hr time to cancel, we were not allowed to do so. Very frustrating!
Maybe it was actually the booking site: hotels.com, but after trying to cancel online, we called the hotel directly and they refused also .

It's a nice hotel for the price. The staff was outstanding and the restaurant food was excellent. It's close to the airport.

This is a hidden gem! I am a regular guest here. I used to stay at Hilton whenever I was coming to and from the airport but since I tried this place, I prefer it to anywhere else hands-down. They represent warm, down-to-earth Kenyan hospitality. The food is always amazing. Free room service. They make me feel welcome. I now come here once in a while just for some R&R...and their delicious fish stew!

We needed a place to stay a night between the flights. Location is convenient with quick access to both airports. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel arranged for safe and comfortable transfer both ways. The hotel is behind the gates and have security guard on site. We checked in at 4 am in the morning and staff was available and accommodating. The hotel is in the area not suited for walking. Rooms were clean and very different, decorated in colonial style.

The hotel itself is fine but it's so far down a dirt road that no taxi or Uber were willing to go there. Got stranded for hours. If you have a car, it's OK but don't book if using taxis.

The proximity to the airport was very convenient. My only complaint is about the food. Very limited dinner menu and the food was terrible. All three of us did not eat was was placed in front of us. Breakfast is ok.

Road to the hotel is a bit bumpy. Took about 15mins from the airport. A bit longer to get back to the airport.
Lovely staff, basic hotel but pleasant.
