Stay was ok. 2 issues the shuttle only runs every 2 hours forces you to get a taxi. You can not walk to the Outlet Mall dual carriage way and swamp in your way! Please update your details

Very limited dining options available. Shuttle service VERY limited.
Pool staff were excellent especially with our grandchildren.
Considering the proximity to the Outlet Mall a shuttle service would have been fabulous as taxis were scarce and made movement between hotel and mall extremely inconvenient for those without Rideshare (Grab?) app.

I booked this hotel because it was 5 star and next to KL international airport. The staff were friendly, but the room was damp and smelled moldy; the thermostat couldn't be lowered below 73 F. When ordering room service, I was told the hotel did not serve alcohol! This appeared nowhere on the hotel website nor on the Expedia booking pag--which is misleading. This is not 5 star quality nor anything you would find in a Movenpick.

Staff there are lovely and really helpful, facilities are little run down our light switch broke and the mini step between bathroom and room is unsafe tripped over it a few times.
Free in house movies was a great touch!
Is good hotel if you want a stop off before your next flight- not much around the area that’s walking distance

Not worth the money. Check in took ages, two huge groups had just arrived and they only had two people on the reception and refused to put more on. No help was offered with my luggage or to find my room. The free airport transfer doesn’t exist - only at certain times that didn’t fit with my flight and it requires booking 48 hours in advance which wasn’t made clear.

This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning.

Great for a one night stay near KL airport. Great staff who were very friendly. Lovely room which was spotlessly clean and very modern. Nothing around it which was walkable so we had to get a taxi to get anywhere. It was fine for what we wanted
