Tune Hotel KLIA Aeropolis

The location is so confused. From the map looks located at next to the airport. Actually is completely wrong. Took 20mins taxi yo go. Company even didnt mention which have other same name hotel nearby. Pictures are not match the one i book. Hotel used the better one to post. The most terrible hotel. Like scam. I paid for the breakfast：plain bread, boiled egg and water. Extremely disappointed.

Rooms are small but OK. Good breakfast. The hotel is much more far from the airport than expected : 18 minutes by taxi

Good value for the money but it took 45 minutes to get a grab driver early in the morning. The ride itself is 20minutes to the terminal. They have an OK restaurant there for food, it wasn't bad. Facilities are very clean and tidy although the rooms are small and very basic (for the price, its what you would expect, so this is not a complaint). Figure RM 30 for your grab ride each way in your calculations.

Do not provide airport shuttle as advertised

This hotel is not at the airport. Inconvenient. The shuttle service is terible if you are on a layover you will spend more time waiting. Hotel staff did not put my name on the shuttle list even though it was discussed. Hotel staff had the leafblower out at 8am. The breakfast is very basic.

This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but the shower is powerful, which somehow makes up for everything. Stayed one night, would stay again here again if I had a long layover in KUL. It does offer value for money. Oh, they offered breakfast, packed to go, which I appreciated.

The hotel was a reasonable price, but the walls were extremely thin and you could hear everything from neighbours to the road to people walking past the room. It was also a 20 minute drive away from terminal 2 of the airport despite marketing themselves as an airport hotel. I don’t recommend staying here unless you have sufficient time to travel to and from the airport to the hotel. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had a shower

Good to have shuttle bus to KLIA2

Room relatively small but very clean, suitable for overnight stay prior to on boarding flight.
