Difficult to access the parking area as it’s in an alley behind the hotel Birinda gave us great service Better signage on Yaldhurst Road is supposedly in the works Look for the Horse & Jockey , The Alpine door is adjacent to this business

The actual room was very clean and tidy. That said the chair at the desk in the room was broken at the base and the back sonjnable to be used. Yes there is free parking but it is very limited and restricted to about 8 small cars which is fine if listed in the ad and you know you will have to park on the street.. The staff however were friendly and helpful.

There is a 2 metres by 2 metres outdoor area with no view. The receptionist is also the staff who cleans up the room. Although the hotel offer luggage storage facility, I was asked to collect my luggage before 1:30pm on my departure date. It was so inconvenient as my flight was after 6pm. Generally speaker, it is a nice hotel in the area.

Hotel Location is fine, a little bit out of the city area. Plenty of dining options close by and a supermarket across the road. Room is modern, with a small balcony area. Unfortunately our room smelt of cigarette smoke (most likely from someone smoking on the balcony with the door open. Car parking is down an alley (behind some restaurants) and the smell was horrible even in the parking garage. Room cleanliness was ok, not sure if the floor had been vacuumed or if the carpet was just stained. Overall stay was ok, but think you can do better for a similar price.

The car parking is unusual & front entrance is hard to find if a lone driver. It does not have the exterior appearance of a motel. Room was ver clean & comfortable & felt safe for a solo traveller woman

This property was well priced, great quality, convenient to the airport, had walkable distance food options but most importantly had a fantastic manager who was very helpful and went the extra mile to support us. I could not think of anything that I did not like.

Once we found the hotel we had to drive around to find the entrance to the underground parking. Access is with room keycard. Very nice room, lots of space. Laundry down the hallway.
