At check in there was only one person having to deal with all requests. After 20 mins I got my room key. Room was nice and clean and bed comfortable. Shower has a plastic curtain though and the water pressure was very weak. Hotel is close to the airport, but does not offer a schüttle service nor allow you to pay with an international CC so the hotel can pay the taxi driver. So make sure to have cash with you or load the Uber app onto your phone. Personally I was not impressed and would prefer a menu to choose western food.

The service is top notch. This is my "go to" hotel in Lagos. The location to the airport is perfect. The staff and service outstanding. The food is good as well. Internet is a little slow. Disappointed that the pool wasnt functional and it wasnt noted on the website. I swim, i wanted a pool. To me it was kind of important. The water was good at the hotel. Hot water for bathing. Very clean. Would have liked if the room would have been stocked with at least 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 face wash clothes. Still all in all. Very well done. I wish i would have been there when everything was open and functioning. It must have been beautiful abd very grand. Hopefully someday it will be again full of life, laughter music and fun.

This is a big property and with slightly dated amenities but yet comfortable. Proximity to the MM airport is 10-15 minutes and location is great.The rooms are large/huge and comfy. We stayed in the Presidential suite on the top floor. There a few fixes / updates that needed to be made when we stayed there. Breakfast service (free for 1 or 2 people) was quiet decent. I will recommend it as a very good 3.5 star hotel.

Good hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff. Restaurant was perfect: limited menu, but fresh and tasteful meals (9 days stay and no travel sickness). Big and well maintained swimming pool. During an occasional power failure, WIFI kept on working, and complete hotel was equipped with adequate emergency lightning.

My stay here was extremely comfortable. The staff were outstanding and willingly catered to your every request. Ive never encountered so many smiling faces as I did when dealing with the staff. I was so impressed by the staff, the cleanliness, the overall attitudes. My only disappointment was personal, as the bed was a bit too firm for my personal taste, but I enentually adapted and in the end it didnt even matter.. I would definitely return to this hotel any time my travels lead me to Lagos, Nigeria. Welcome Centre Hotel is a haven away from home

Very clean hotel. Very courteous staff. Very near the airport. Was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. Would choose it again.
