Great place to stay for solo travelers

Quiet and clean hotel, conveniently located to visit Tromsø. Within walking distance to shops, places of interest and various bus stops, including to the airport. The only negative was that my room was very dark since the window was towards a narrow corner of the building with view onto the opposite building wall.

Location of the hotel is very central. The hotel has all the amenities one would require. They allow for luggage storage when arrival is early. The takeout shop beside the registration desk meet all the basic needs and the coffee/tea self serve sale is very convenient. Calling for taxi is efficient and speedy service. Great low cost hotel to stay in Tromso.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves on the 6th floor, facing the view of both the mountains and the sea on the east side. The room was much larger than the typical moderate room, well-maintained, clean, with a very firm and comfortable bed and a warm blanket. Although the bathroom was spacious, but it lacked a shower curtain. The amenities like microwave, hot water and paper cup at reception available for guests to use. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was a plus. The location was convenient, with a supermarket a 5-minute walk away and an airport-express bus stop within 1-2 minutes and downtown just a couple of minutes away on foot. We'd definitely stay here again.

we stayed for one night after a later flight. Check in was extremely easy; there were kiosks at the entrance where you checked yourself in and made your own key cards. There was a little cafe area that came in handy when we left in the morning. Room was clean and had what we needed.

Very helpful. Went out of their way to resolve any issues. Rooms were very nice and fully equipped. I booked a time to wash my clothes. It took longer than expected, and I had to leave the hotel at the hotel, so a staff member transferred my clothes to the dryer herself and put them in a bag after they were dried.

Cosy room, comfy bed and very clean. 1mnt walk from bus stop to airport. Restaurants very close.

It's a basic hotel with self check in/out but was clean, warm and comfortable. I booked a standard room and still found it a bit small however it offered the best value for money as I just wanted a base for my whale watching and aurora trips.The staff I spoke to were very helpful and there is a receptionist available 24hrs. Its in a good location for central Tromso and within a 10 minute walk for most excursion meeting points. If you need to get to the airport the No 42 bus stops round the corner and will get you there in approximately 10 minutes. P.s. I saw some amazing whales but no aurora. I will stay here again when I return.

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Was relly good, staff extremely helpful. Shops and attractions close by, as well as bus links. Useful to have an app to order taxis too at the reception. Room was reaosnably sized and clean. Room was a bit on the warm side, but the great staff let me use their fan to cool it down. Would stay again!

Great location, very close to bus stops to the airport. It's in the center, therefore very close to restaurants, shops and all the pick-up points for your day trips. Our room was not so big but very well kept and clean. The hotel itself is also kept very clean. Staff was very helpful with any questions we had.
