AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow

Really nice hotel in a quiet area. Big and spacious rooms, very soft bed. Only 300 m to the tram that takes you in to city centre in no time. Lovely spa area with pool and jacuzzi. Nice outdoor areas to enjoy some beverages. Did not have breakfast. Would recommend and travel back!

No more Marriott! 1. We ordered room for 3 persons, 2 adults + kid, when we checked in at the night after fly we found out there is only 2 sleeping places, and for kid bed not prepared at all, towels, robes and slippers only for two persons so it took them 1 hour to bring additional set of bed sheets and towels 2. Low pressure in the shower 3. Just terrible mattresses, we stayed 3 nights and it was a challenge to get a sleep, mattress so soft that it felt like we on water mattress 4. Staff really nice, but reception not answer to the calls and once I felt that a guy on the reception was just annoying but my question. Breakfasts really tasty and room very clear but not enough for 4 stars and this price

Lovely hotel room (superior room). Very nice, clean, good space with nice interior and big balcony. Very good hotel service. Good stay for families (own playroom and baby crib ). I also tried to spa (small pool) but the massage treatment was very good! 5 minutes to walk to nearest tram station (but there’s no ticket automation there, so the nearest one is 10 minutes walk). The location of the hotel is not far away from city centre by tram; and 15 minutes with taxi to the airport . Ok breakfast.

Good size room overlooking the park. We found the bed a good size and comfortable for our three night stay. Nespresso machine in the room and pods replenished daily as was the bottled water. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice of food. We only ate once in the restaurant at night as we wanted to try places in the city also which was very nice . Pool and spa area is a great place to relax after exploring the city and the pool and sauna where both very clean. We chose this hotel as it is slightly out of the centre of things but on a lovely park with easy access by tram(about15 mins) or also a lovely walk past parks and museum (30 mins) to main square. Also 15 mins in an Uber to airport.

I hated this place, mostly because of the service. From the beginning, some of the staff were very rude and patronising. I went to reception to say that my key card is not working and the staff member said "you need to push the door harder". I had to ask her to come and make sure I can get into my room. This hotel felt a bit like self/service. They had a water machine in the lobby, so I would need to go down multiple times per day, every time I need water. Breakfast buffet was great. Spa was great, but max 30 ppl, so I have read from reviews that you cannot always get in. So if you want a spa break, this is not your hotel. You will not get in if its busy. Location is 30 minute walk from centre of town. I would have preferred downtown, but there is a tram and Uber that can take you there. The staff did not inform me about bathrobes, but another guest told me that you can rent them. No slippers. The stay was full of minor inconveniences like this. I just wanted a bathrobe for the spa. I was travelling on business and felt like I am hassled the whole time by there little things and unhelpful staff. In the end there was some damage to my hotel room which I reported and offered to pay, only to be treated like a complete criminal by manager Thomasz. He got aggressive which I did not appreciate as a solo travelling female. The rooms were comfortable with good bed and heating, but no bathtub. I would not stay here again.

Everything was great, this is my second stay and will be back. The only negative is the lack of parking.

Everything about the hotel was great except for the parking but there seemed to still be construction continuing and hopefully the parking will improve. I will be staying there again.

Property and staff were fantastic, only downside, we couldn’t get a late checkout , and flight not till 9pm , but would definitely go back only 20 min walk to old town , or take a tram right outside the hotel
