Novotel Krakow City West

We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 in 1 room. 2 youths and 2 adults. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage whilst we went off to explore the old town. The staff were very helpful. The room was perfect for our needs however was very hot so we had to open the window to get some air, thus then made the noise from outside very obvious. We had an early tour booked for a 5:55am pick up and the hotel provided a breakfast box. The hotel is good location from airport and old town. We used Uber to get around.

To be honest I booked the hotel with different information. But the stuff tried really to help me and make my stay pleasant. I don’t like that it’s a bit far from sentrum. Using taxi everyday can make an extra cost. And I really disappointed with breakfast. Not 4* hotels breakfast. So, if I will return here - my answer will be negative. But I do liked the service and stuff was really nice to us❤️❤️❤️ thank you 🤗

Rooms are quite big, big shower and separate toilet very handy when you travel with kids. Small ketle wasn't working properly. Swimming pool small but deep 2.5m . Very good breakfast. Not free parking!

Very nice hotel about 25 mins from the airport. Staff was nice, check in was smooth. Room was nice for 2 adults and a child. Best one I’ve been in since moving to Europe.

I booked the trip as a surprise for my fiance as its our anniversary and we're newly engaged. I informed the hotel of this and the room they put us in was lovely including the lovely little treats! The staff where all so lovely and polite and even let us leave our bags after check out so we could go out for the day before our flight. The room was spotless after every clean. There was loads of choice at breakfast especially for pastry lovers like ourselves! The rugby 7s where on in krakow and lot of teams stayed in the hotel but honestly we never had any issue with service at busy times and the rooms are really noise resistant! The hotel really made our first ever city break and we cannot thank the team enough.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located between airport and city. I liked everything but good seems to run out when you are late for breakfast. It's was also good for kids with activities.

Very nice hotel, not far from the airport. Parking is nearby. It is not free but not expensive. There are signs all around regarding wearing masks, but none of the guests does. Some of the stuff don't.

Hotel with average design but helpful staff and good food makes the stay nice. Due to pandemic gym and pool were closed. Tea and coffee in the room, good wifi, parking expensive.

This hotel may be slightly further out from the centre, but this helps make it great value for money. It’s convenient for the airport (less than 30 mins I’m busy traffic) and is very clean. It’s recently been refurbished and was very clean. The rooms are the usual spacious Novotel standard with a king size bed and a sofa bed too. The gym and pool have just been refurbished too and were if a good standard. I ate in the hotel restaurant Novo twice and the food was of a good standard. Prices ranges from 30 zloty for pasta up to around 75/80 zloty for steak. There’s a free minibus shuttle daily at 10am to the sister Novotel in the centre. This is around a ten min walk from the main tourist sights. It’s not the most exciting walk back to the hotel but it takes less than an hour on a decent road, or you can get the shuttle back in the evening. Uber was 12 zloty for the journey. I’d recommend this hotel for its comfort, price and cleanliness.
