This was an emergency booking following a flight cancellation. It is right alongside Warsaw Chopin airport departures, so really convenient for an early flight.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. On site at the airport, just across the road from arrivals. Good shower pressure, decent hairdryer. Decaffeinated coffee provided with kettle.

I have not received the booked room, I got a smaller room. During check in I have not been told that I would receive another room. I discovered this after entering the room. The reason for for this other room was that I was traveling alone and I did not need 2 beds but I had to pay for it. Did not get a discount.

No one help me with my luggage , I did travel with kids and had a stroller. Was super hard to get in to the elevator . Same when checking out. Better service needed!!

Very nice hotel located directly across from the airport. Would have been very nice to be able to go from the airport to the motel without walking through the rain. Also only had one key given to us not realizing we went to the room the key operates all the lights, so I could not leave the room without leaving my wife in the dark to do something. Ice machines were also on the fourth floor and our key only allowed us access to the third floor so that was a little bit annoying.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, very comfortable bed and very close to the airport. Room service was fast and the food was tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel after renovation. The only issue is lack of ice machines on each floor. They are available only on the higher floors but the hotel key doesn’t allow access to those floors. So after a long travel day I spent 30 min walking back and forth trying to get some ice. Room service food can be improved (pretty bad food). Otherwise very clean and convenient hotel.

Stay was great but parking was extremely expensive, won’t stay there if parking continues to be 170 zloty.
