The shuttle bus did not come on schedule. They told us that the schedule for the shuttle bus is not valid. But when I emailed the hotel in advance they told me about the schedule for the shuttle but no information about that it was not valid. Make sure to call the hotel to make sure thay send the shuttle to the airport. Breakfast. When I chatted with Hilton on the hotel website they told me breakfast close 10.30. But in reality it closes 10.00. There must be wrong information about the times some system.

Nice functional hotel but with no real character. Whilst was good for one night stay near airport, with good free shuttle, it basically was very boring with a quite limited menu and nothing else to do. Clean room with decent bed, shower etc but all very sterile.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, convenient airport shuttle. Overall a great stay. My only complaint is that the shower seemed to operate at only two temperatures — scalding and off. Maybe it was user error but I twisted the knobs every way I could think of and could never get the water to cool off. Still would recommend if you’re flying out of WAW.
