Large room, unusual for European standards. Comfortable room. Area is business so not much to see. If you go on business, this is a practical and good option. Parking on property was good and not expensive. But garage is very small and takes good parking skills!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable! They even provided a pet bed and dishes! My only disappointment was to find a 12.50€ charge for parking. But this hotel was well worth the price!

I have stayed at this property before and really like the location. Importantly though, the staff at the hotel is excellent. I can't say enough positive things about them, which made my stay of a week very rewarding. Only one small thing. The parking under the hotel is far from easy, to get into and out of. This is clear to all the staff. I will definitely return to this hotel on subsequent trips to Lisbon.

Staff are nice , room is clean and the bed is so comfortable. Close to good restaurants . The hotel is not far from the bus stop where we were dropped off from the airport .

The hotel was very nice clean and staff was nice and helpful. It was close to the airport so planes flew over head. It was in the city and was loud during the day. You needed to take a bus to the city center about 3 miles away. Our stay served its purpose.

It wasnt just a hotel room it was a suite. Amazing. Totally unexpected. Staff were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. A wide variety of breakfast offerings. Rooms clean, hotel welcoming. What more could you ask for From the airport is about fifteen minutes on the bus, or thirty minutes on the metro, both extremely easy to use. The hotel location is approximately seven minutes on the bus from city centre but i have to admit this was a bonus being away from a typical cities hustle and bustle

Excellent hotel close to the airport with onsite parking. Staff was extremely nice and friendly, hotel is located in a nice area and had one of the most comfortable beds of all the hotels we stayed in Portugal. Bathroom was also equipped with a full size excellent hair dryer, not the typical hotel hair dryer. Very convenient for business travelers or for those like us, who were coming from another region by car and had an early morning return flight the next day.

This was a fabulous hotel that I would compare to Marriott or Hyatt. From the outside, it is non-descript, but the room is large, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. There is even a bathtub which is rare in Europe! It was only €10 taxi from the airport but €15 back due to traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Close to Metro line and walking distance (20 minute) to the Grey line Hop-on busline. Small grocery nearby for bottled water and snacks.
