This is a nice boutique hotel with amazing views. The jr suite is very spacious. It had a little kitchen and sitting area. The staff were very friendly, including the people who worked in the breakfast area. But the best part is watching the sunrise. If this isn’t your thing they do have blackout curtains. They are also on the walkway along the ocean that goes into town. They are about a 5 min taxi drive from airport. I would recommend taking day tour vs renting a car. I would recommend and stay again.

It was nice- seemed family friendly. Traveled as a couple, no kids. So we would prefer more adult friendly. Great if you are travel with family.

Perfect location if you don’t want to stay in the “big” city but still have access to main roads, smaller city amenities, and the coast! The hotel was well-kept and the rooms/beds comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and well stocked with traditional breads, pastries. Meats. Cheese as well as some hot eggs, bacon, “sausage”. 3 minute walk to two decent bar/restaurants. 10 minutes from airport, but no disturbing traffic. Pool and jacuzzi were clean (although 5”they keep the jacuzzi cooler at 92-94). Beautiful views of ocean/coast! Would definitely stay if back on Terceira!

Our 3rd stay. Staff are great. Check in was very fast. Good breakfast. wonderful seaview room. Walking path from the hotel along the ocean right into Praia da Vitoria. Bus top right in front of the hotel to take you into Angra do Heroismo. Easy drive from the airport. 2 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

A very well sitauted hotel with magnificent sea view. Also close to the airport by taxi.
Very large rooms with balconies. Swimming pool. Right on the sea front. Comfortable beds. Nice deco. Modern, clean. A nice stay, about 10 minutes walk along the sea to Praia da Vitoria.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and confortable, but the hot tube is not working and my ask to call me to get up (I had a very early flight) was confirmed that would be possible, but they didnt call me. It was a little disappointing by those things!!

This hotel is located overlooking a beautiful bay on the east southeastern end of the Island of Terceira, Portugal. The fresh exhilarating Atlantic air makes you feel intoxicated for just being there. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was a little bit more firm than I prefer, but it did not cause me to be unrested in the morning. From the front of the hotel to the left is a short walk to a wonderful waterfront walkway that extends almost end to end of the bay. The waves lapping up on the shore coupled with the Atlantic ocean breeze provides an environment of peace and tranquility that revitalizes and rejuvenates the weariest of travelers.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport in Lajes and a number of crews use it as well. The location is perfect, overlooking the ocean with a great walk along the coast. The breakfast was splendid with awesome variety and includes local meals. And also, it is newly built. In February it was almost empty, so as quiet as it gets.

We were traveling with our 6 year old on this trip. Our room was a great surprise to us, a very large space, as well with kitchenette. It over exceeded our expectations in quality and location. The staff was very helpful and directed us to a great italian restaurant just around the corner which also had incredible service and outstanding food! If we ever have the privilege to travel to the Azores again we will be staying here again.
