Good location close to the airport. Breakfast was very good. The beds were not very comfortable.

We arrived early morning to stay one night for our stopover in Terceira. The staff accommodated us as earlier as possible and allowed us to swap breakfast dates to day of arrival instead of next morning as we had an early flight. The room was spacious and clean.

Plusses: Clean room Relatively good breakfast Rather close main bus stop(s) making it easy to go to airport. Minuses: Room was located in the ground floor making it impossible to keep curtains open. Some better room existed in the other building, though

We stayed here due to its proximity to the airport on a 20 hour layover coming home to Toronto. The pool area was lovely and we got to relax and enjoy all day with minimal people. Hotel is walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants and beach. The rooms are outdated but it was still very comfortable and the AC blew ice cold! We had a nice balcony on the 2nd floor. Staff were wonderful and helped organize an early morning taxi for us so we wouldn’t miss our flight home.

The staff at the hotel were super nice and helpful, particularly in scheduling me a taxi ride to the airport in the early morning. The hotel was very quiet, but it had a nice peaceful vibe to it.
