Very convenient to the airport. Transfers were efficient and friendly. Restaurant meals were delicious. Can recommend this hotel.

Decent price, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Soaker tub was really nice. While only a few minutes' drive away, this is not *at* JNB airport. There is *a* City Lodge at JNB, but not this one, and you have to pay to take the shuttle or Uber. Not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Also - why are there no fridges in the rooms?

No elevater had to carry own luggage up stairs. Not for older lady travellers.
I don't like to complain, but I would never stay there again. Ist room had bed bugs, I always check before i even take my shoes off! Yes got another room. They were kind and supportive about that. Just didn't need the drama. Also no telepnone calls when my husband called. I was asked to talk to hubby on reception desk he would be calling again in 10 minutes.

This hotel worked well for me to stay after a long flight from overseas. My only complaint is the airport shuttle service was advertised on their website. but unavailable when I arrived. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were outstanding!

We had no other choice due to last minute emergency booking. Biggest issue for us was no elevator to get to our room. Not fun with heavy luggage. Personnel was very friendly but very understaffed to meet demand. Lastly, shuttle driver indicated the area was not very safe.
