Just stayed one night. Lovely bathroom and great shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Shuttle bus from airport stops at 9:30pm so had to get a taxi which cost 15,000 WON.

Nice place close to the airport. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Room service is available in the evenings which is great when you're there for a layover, food is good by the way. We'd definitely stay again if passing through

The staff is accommodating and professional. As an airport hotel it provided the perfect service that I needed during the short stay before a morning flight out of Incheon. Shuttle service to the airport was on time and great.

The outside architecture was stunning and strange...upon entering and on the walk to my room i began to feel like i had died and gone to a korean version of a Tim Burton film. How can it get any better than that? definitely my favorite hotel airport of all time.

First time used and staffs are really helpful and our room was free upgraded to airport view room which was awesome. 👍 free breakfast and free shuttle service… wow!!! I couldn’t believe those quality services with affordable price. Strongly I recommend this Ora hotel. We’ll go back again. ☺️

Hotel is very nice and clean. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Only issues are it's far from everything. If just for staying for the night, not planning to go anywhere then the location is great. 10 mins drive from the airport. They don't serve breakfast (only a free sandwich) nor lunch. Restaurant only open for dinner. Other than this im happy with my staying.
