Nest Hotel Incheon

A perfect start to our trip in South Korea! Everything about this hotel is great - the service, the room, the breakfast, the airport shuttle, etc. It was easy and convenient spending the first night at Nest Hotel after a long flight from Europe. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel around incheon airport

The hotel description had said 10 minutes from Incheon airport but it’s more like 25 minutes. While the check in desk staff were kind and professional, some of the other staff members such as the ones in concierge desk were unprofessional and very rude. We arrived in the evening due to flight delay and bad weather so it was hard to find a parking space. When we asked a staff member where to park, she was brushed us off saying ‘park anywhere’ and left. No help whatsoever. The next morning another staff member (half bald guy at the concierge) came up to us and demanded that we move our car, though there was nothing wrong with where we parked the car. Then, after moving the car, he followed my mother around insisting that she parks her car ‘properly’ in a very rude manner when it was parked perfectly fine. The lack of professionalism and hospitality is makes me not want to visit this hotel again.

Always a great choice for a quick stopover at Incheon. The shuttle is quite punctual, although a bit delayed on my departure to the airport due to a passenger looking for a lost item. Otherwise, everything was as crisp and hospitable as ever.

We arrived late from a delayed flight and it was great to know we had a shuttle service to Nest Hotel. The breakfast buffet was varied with many international and regional choices. We also were impressed with the toiletries in the room, including a sewing kit! Lovely stay and family oriented.

Very nice hotel with great facilities and services! This includes a free shuttle to Airport T1 and T2. Has a pool in the summer and walking path from the hotel which goes near the ocean? Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing interesting around the hotel, nearest convenience store is small and more than 10 minute walk. So if you are a foreigner, hungry at night and cant order takeout (since you need a local phone number to do so) then you are gonna have to either go far or spend a premium on hotel room service.

An excellent Airport Hotel, very convenient we eith free as huttle bus to and from Nest Hotel. Very clean with nice bathroom extras. A very happy traveller and well rested. Thank you.
