Incheon Airport Capsule Hotel No.1

I’m not sure it’s an hotel. No front door no indication to find the building. It’s on the second floor of another hotel who doesn’t want to help as they are competitors! No shuttle from 8pm to 8am which is a shame for an airport hotel!

I booked a single bed for an overnight stay. I was given a studio with two single rooms (each with their own lock), a shared bathroom, and a small kitchenette. I was hoping no one else would be assigned the other single room but ten minutes after I settled in another lady walked in. It was a little awkward but after a brief hello I never crossed paths with her again (though I could hear the muffled sounds of her phone conversation as the walls were thin). The rooms themselves were very clean and cutely decorated, and the bathroom looked a little worn but clean. My one complaint is that the lights in the long hallway leading from the elevator to the studio were out but by the time I discovered it, I was too tired to go back down to registration so I took a creepy long walk in the dark hallway to my room. The airport shuttle bus was across the street, and there were clear directions on how to unlock the room doors and manage the heat. The hotel itself has no sign on the office building it occupies, but my driver was able to find the place by punching in “Daewoo Skyworld” as I was instructed in my reservation confirmation. All in all I would book a room here again, and particularly if I needed more than one room (as then presumably my party would have the whole setup to ourselves).

I was only here for the night, however I was not expecting the tremendous service I received. Despite turning up late to check-in at 1:30am, entirely due to my own fault, one incredible member of staff still came and picked me up from the airport free of charge. I could not be more grateful for this. What an absolute hero, he deserves a raise and promotion. The standard of the hotel is also very high, especially considering the price. 5 minutes away from the airport, exactly what you need.

It was so clean and cute room. It just like home.around the place there are e-mart, some restaurants. It is good to stay if your flight is early next morning . I used a taxi from the hotel.because the shuttle bus is started at 5:30am. It costs 52000won.
