Even with an extra bed, the room was spacious. View of the airport was good. But the breakfast buffet was not as much as we would expect for a Grand Hyatt. Swimming pool okay, sauna was very small and overcrowded. Overall nice experiance!

Booked this hotel very last minute because of a flight problem and it was everything we needed. The hotel is in nice condition and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic and disorganized.

This is such a lovely hotel, clean and modern with comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, I found the concierge Nico to be particularly thoughtful and he provided me with lots of useful information. The shuttles to the airport are very convenient. The hotel does seem to be popular for domestic staycations but I was not bothered by any noise at all.

Very wonderful hotel for family. All staff were very kind and supportive. The free shuttle service helped me a lot to get to the airport in the early morning. Will stay here again!

The shuttle was very convenient and only about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was lovely and modern and very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. I would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. From the valet who helped my with my luggage out of the taxi to the front desk/reception staff that ensured check in was fast and friendly, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and courtesy displayed by every single employee I came across.

Room was spacious especially the bathroom. The hotel was modern and grandiose..loved the architectural spaces. We ate at the 8 restaurant as well as the Swell Lounge. The food was excellent…fantastic variety at the buffet. Staff was totally accommodating and went out of there way to assist with luggage and sightseeing plans. Loved the shuttle to the airport. And the onsen unexpected but super..managed to get three visits in.
