If you're looking for a good hotel near ICN with a reliable shuttle, this is the place for you. On top of the free shuttle, the staff was super nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the room was decently priced. Everything you can hope for when looking for a good airport hotel. Book with confidence.

Rooms in this hotel require repair. The worst thing was the absence of outlets near the bed and no desk to work on a laptop. The shuttle service from the airport should be more frequent. The breakfast was nice, and many options were available.

Hotel was little hot in the hallways; no explanation of any services or amen. Staff were courteous but don’t seem to care about customers. Shuttle runs every hour. You need to wait for the next schedule or walk to the airport shuttle stop. Was not bad but was not great,,,just average hotel to swing by the airport for sleeping.

Wasn't allowed to leave the airport as I was "transfer"; wasn't the hotels fault. Couldn't tell you anything about the property.

Booked non- smoking room. Room is filled with cigarette smell. Bathroom shower tap is not in the best condition. Shuttle bus is the best option for travellers as it is in convenience location and in a timely manner. Restaurant was in very good and clean condition. Buffet was good. Service also good.
