Terrible over-rated place, no responsable manager on the hotel area and not available if you may have any concern for th whole stay. valet parking can go over 20 min wait due to their lunch brakes. Tgey also provide misleading information with twisted pictures on third parties website to confuse people when booking. Rgey advertise 6 restaurants and only two are actually available, a stake hose and a sishi place, a roof top bar and pool.bar
Be aware when you book what room and service you receive. For us was the worst experience ever only the cleaning lady Irina was paying attention to all people needs.

No bigger party than in Ushuaia!
5 nights of resident DJ’s
2 Free tickets when you room there for each night. There worth 100€ each a night.
You will save a massive bill on alcohol because you buy a few bottles and bring them to your room.
Is 25€ a drink if you buy at bar during the party. Supermarket is a block away for bottles!
AC in rooms are Mediocre at best.
I stayed in room 5106 and I loved it, best view of ocean for that side. Also Far enough away and close enough when the show is going on.
The convenience of the hotel is amazing.
9min from airport
30 seconds fro HI Ibiza.
Beach in front of Hotel is fantastic.
Beach service has a very nice staff.
Cabs readily available across street.
I would stay there again!!

A messy and ultra expensive hotel for what it gives. After parties on every room the whole night, pool overcrowded and not even in high season, shorts on valet parking messing cars. Think twice before having that “experience”. It’s certainly one in a lifetime…

First time staying at Ushuaia tower after 15 years of going to Ibiza. This hotel was disappointing, rooms are small and very basic for the price, there was nowhere near enough sunbeds for hotel guests. The beds that were empty had a min 600 euro spend. When I arrived I asked for an adaptor to charge my phone, I was told they didn't have and to go to the supermarket.
The red carpets were filthy walking from first floor to second as were the skirting boards, looked like they hadn't been changed since the previous hotel.
The location of the hotel is excellent depending on what you're visiting for, Hi and Ushuaia are a stone throw away, airport 10 mins away, there is some great beach bars too. There is also a lot of not so good bars.
Overall I wouldn't recommend or ever return to this hotel, I have stayed at Hard Rock before which is opposite, this is so much better and the same price

Excellent place for those wanting to party. I will go again. I liked the beach and the service at every restaurant and at the beach. Parties inside the facility are amazing. 15 minutes ride to airport is also a plus. The hostess Valeria Lizarazo and folks in front desk went above and beyond and that deserves a repeat visit.

Worst experience I’ve had at a hotel by far. From the moment you walk in to the property everything was off. Took me one hour to check in, the ice machine on the floor was turned off so if you wanted ice you had to purchase it, only towels you get are the two that come I. The room and after serval times complaining about my air conditioning not working the lady at the front just said sorry. I was not able to sleep through the heat and there only excuse was it was sold out. This is anything far from a hotel it’s a rave with bedrooms. The cherry on top it all on the day I was leaving my flight was at 8 pm the wrist band they give you does not allow you to stay on the property till after 5 pm so they kicked me out. After spending over 15k between tables and everything the show there vip no service. Highly recommend staying else we’re and paying the fee for the concert because you will receive nothing you deserve.

great hotel if you want to party. set up for relaxing in the morning and afternoons before the music is turned up and DJs start. staff do a good job of making sure hotel is quiet after party ends at midnight. Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Food is excellent in all the restaurants. Service can be a little slow when its busy but generally it is okay. Main drawback is some of the rooms can be quite noisy in the am due to planes flying overhead and music starting at 11am.

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely terrible. On arrival we were informed the room rates had gone up since our booking and needed to pay an extra 400 euros or downgrade our room. A pair of my shoes were stolen from my room by the cleaners and when I informed the reception staff and manager they did not care. On our final day at the hotel we were told we were not allowed to wait for our taxi on the premises unless we paid an extra £50 euros. In my previous experience this hotel was so much fun to stay in because of their famous pool parties. However, the hotel policies have drastically changed over the last year with a greed for making more and more add on money and a drastic decline in the customer service you receive when spending a lot of money to stay there. I will never stay at this hotel again, so disappointed and ruined my holiday.

I stayed at Ushuaia from 9/11 - 9/18 since the resort is host to several DJ-ed parties during the week. However, the rooms leave much to be desired.
1. The shower drain was slow when I first arrived. So I called maintenance, who simply took the metal filter off the drain to provide slightly more flow. As a result, I needed to request extra towels from the Cleaning Crew each morning to soak up all the water off the bathroom floor until it could be mopped the next day after I'd used the shower prior to going out in the evening.
2. None of the electronics worked in the room except for the Wifi Bose System (luckily)
3. After I checked out of the hotel, taxi-ed to the airport, and made it half way back to the US, the resort fraudulently charged me 150 euros for a liquor bottle that was "missing." NO ONE at this hotel drinks from the mini-bar, as several liquor stores are only steps away from the resort for cheaper bottles. We ALL purchased our liquor from supermarkets, and even the receptionists advise you to do so during check-in. Yet, after I'm long gone, they accuse me of drinking one of their overly-priced liquor bottles w/o giving me the opportunity to prove my innocence while on the premise. Reaching out to them about this matter solved nothing as they only provided a terse, cold reply.
I will definitely return to Ibiza during summers in the future, but I will caution all friends and business partners against staying at Ushuaia.

We paid a lot of money for a suite that was right under the airport flight path. Very noisey room not relaxing one bit.
