Overnight stay whilst flying from Tenerife North Airport, up very early so no chance of breakfast. Still enjoyed the hotel.

The property is very clean and comfortable. I only spent one night, so I didn’t see a lot. The parking is before property on right driving through those streets is tight. The shampoo and body soap are great they’re all natural and great scent. I would recommend this to anyone staying in area. The cafe across the street is excellent as well

Gran hotel la laguna, lovely staff, great bar and social area, gym and pool. Rooms very comfortable and clesn. Very close to old town , restaurants and tapas bars. Easy travel to santa cruz.

Stayed for a night to be closer to Tenerife North Airport (TFN) for an early morning flight. The rooms here are very comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is very good.

Great hotel. Nice stuff, big and clean rooms, super quiet area, right in the middle of the historic center, close to a lot of restaurants. Free parking right next to the hotel, which can get busy but the hotel also has its own parking, so not a problem. If you want to visit La Laguna and travel around Tenerife, is a very good choice (specially if you arrive to the airport in the north, it's only 15 min from the hotel).

Great staff, excellent breakfast, great location, free parking behind the hotel (almost always full though?) and hotel's own parking in the same building (12 €/day?)
