We enjoyed doing shuffle board after diner and volleyball competitions in the main pool. I believe the Marriott vacation club owners were treated differently and given more information. Found out about free shuttle to sargassum less beach, activities, sports equipment from other guests who were part of vacation club. The beach was on atlantic so not the blue one would expect from caribbean island, plus lots of sargassum(seaweed). Rooms were nice but definitely needed updating. Staff were super friendly and helpful, so was everyone on the island. Food at cafe and sushi bar was good, Fire steak house not so much. Property grounds were very well kept. Wish they had one pool that was deeper but they were good size so never felt crowded. Loved the island but would stay somewhere else next time just because I love the caribbean beaches and this resort didn’t have the type of beach I look for when traveling to the caribbean.

The resort is old and needs updating. The ac in the room is very loud. The beach are is covered with seaweed. If you want to swim in the ocean you have to wade through the seaweed on the beach and the water. The pool water is hot. The employees for the most part are very nice. Cabs take you everywhere. Prices change daily so bring some cash. Starts at $20 and goes up. From the airport to the resort was $22 plus tip. From the resort to the airport was $25 plus tip.

I liked the easy access to the beach and the beach gazebos, and the beach wait staff. The food was excellent at all of the restaurants.
I did not like that the property was very dated; was unaware of this when booking. The worst was that no one helped us with our luggage checking in or out. We are 74 years old and had to drag/pull up our luggage 3 flights of stairs (no elevators in the villas).
Other than that, we luved St Kitts. We have been to many of the islands but this was the first time for St Kitts. Very laid back and relaxing.

Great value! We had a balcony over looking the pool & ocean in the distance. Beautiful beach, swimmable with beverage service and professional massage ladies under little pavilions ($90/hr), also swim up bar. The restaurants were very good, but we enjoyed taking taxi’s to near by restaurants which had AMAZING views! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper did an awesome job and the bedding was so comfortable. I enjoyed working out at the gym, had a fantastic facial at the spa, and there was live music in the on sight bar. We look forward to going back one day!

The hotel is in a great location on the beach near the airport with amazing views. The hotel itself could use some updating. Casino onsite is very convenient however quite small with few gaming options. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurants are decent.

This hotel was beautiful! The staff was pleasant and there was a ton of things to do.
My only drawback is the beach, which is no fault of the hotel. The beach is full of seaweed, to a point that you really can’t swim in it. We had to travel to a different part of the island.

Area around hotel run down and construction happening therefore, limited things to do. Requires taxi/transportation to any activity planned. Beach was not what expected. Lots of seaweed on shoreline making it undesirable to walk through to get in ocean. Since beach is public locals pushing sales of things. At one point a man pushed his dirty monkey on my children then saying we needed to pay him $20 for a picture with that dirty monkey. Then made to feel uncomfortable when walking away. The pool are was relaxing with great planned activities. Really enjoyed morning water aerobics and making tie dye T-shirts.

The property and our room was really clean, house keeping came every morning with no delay. Reception and tour staff was really nice and helpful. The only downfall we had was the restaurant staff. Those ladies in the breakfast Buffet looked mad and not friendly at all. A smile and being friendly in that environment is really important. The coffee machine was broken all weekend in the little bakery at the hotel. It was really easy to catch a taxi and explore the island. Lastly there is an area called the strip walking distance from hotel if you are seeking authentic food. We ate there all weekend.

The beach was beautiful and had calm areas to bath if you are traveling with young ones, never felt crowded.
Plenty of sea creatures to see and admire with even goggles.
Arwaa sushi was good.

The property was wonderful! Very friendly service from all staff. The primary difficulty in the summer months is the seaweed on the beach; however the hotel provides a free shuttle to two local beaches to compensate. Those beaches are amazing. All the amenities (restaurants, pools, casino, gym/basketball, etc.) provided plenty to do. Very family friendly but also large enough to have privacy for our honeymoon destination.
