Very good location, close to the airport, room service is good, there're options of restaurant at the Hotel. The room has a nice size, they provided a baby cot. They have also transfer for the airport. The cons, the parking is paid what I think could be included in the stay, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and could have more pillow options.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly staff and convenient to the airport, car rental return and train station. Key system didn’t work when we were there requiring staff to let us in the elevator and open our rooms, as needed. Also mattresses need to be replaced. Not very comfortable.

The hotel is close to the airport but not within easy walking distance. The shuttle bus can be full sometimes and require reservations. There are no restaurants near the hotel and the hotel’s restaurants have their own hours and don’t serve food all the time. So if you arrive at odd hours bring your own food or order from Uber Eats. The good thing is there is a tram (#14 and 18) near the hotel and you can take it to the city center. If I knew about the location, I would have stayed at somewhere closer to the city center.

Perfect hotel for one night, affordable and close to the airport. They provide a free airport shuttle. Breakfast is expensive but it’s Switzerland…a couple of nice dining options including a Japanese BeniHana-style place. Definitely recommend!

Hotel was ok. Nothing to rave about, just a standard airport hotel. Our floor had a very unpleasant smell. Food overpriced.

Staff and service was extremely rude! There was no customer service at all! NOT AT ALL kids friendly!! I requested them early breakfast for kids because we were checking out early at 6 am due to our early flight. Staff they don’t care about kids if they can’t get breakfast!! But they can’t prepare breakfast box for kids at 6 am instead of regular 6:30 am

Great property for a quick stay before an early flight. Room was comfortable, water in room was a nice touch. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room service was fast and high quality. Recommend they consider replacing the carpet in the hallways, but that’s the only thing that I can think of improving. Overall a great experience!
