Property was nice, staff was very friendly. Very big hotel with buffet and a few shops inside. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Good neighborhood with lots to do in the area. Staff was helpful calling restaurants for us to make reservations and getting taxis.

Phenomenol service! I am so grateful- on our last day we lost cell phone in a taxi. We do not speak mandarin and the concierge and front desk were able to retrieve the phone from a taxi/uber.
I highly recommend their facility. I like the modern looking rooms. Top notch service- everyone greeted us daily from the front desk to the bell boy. There was also an easy self check in and check out counter. We will return and stay again.

classy hotel and I felt safe as a solo traveler.
Came back after visiting another city and hotel and didn't like the other hotel. Super conveniently located next to a
Breeze shopping mall and starbucks. Definitely recommend and willl stay again.

Staff at entrance were excellent and provided attentive professional service when calling taxis, providing care when handling luggage and directions. Front desk staff and dining area staff also helpful and first class. The only retraction is the standard room. The design is a bit dated and the lighting is rather low.

great hotel. room is clean n spacious!
location is at Taipei Arena n that means a distance away from the city ctr. but dont worry travelling around is easy. MRT station is 10mins walk away.

Liked the location of this property, very convenient to travel to many places by walking or public transport. E.g Lin Dong Fang beef noodles (walking distance), Zhong Xiao East Rd shopping district (walkable or by bus), Ximending (few stations away), Zhong Shan shopping district (few stations or bus). Generally a quiet district yet very convenient. Only cons is that you can barely call through the concierge and the bed were a little too stiff. Also, check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. You can still try to request for late check out though. Overall still a pleasant stay.

This place was great. Clean nice bathrooms, great beds and free water for the rooms. The staff was very helpful even though I do not speak mandarin. The valet was great with getting us a taxi whenever we needed it. Very clean and convenient facility. 7-11 open 24 hours in the building was a lifesaver. We will be back for sure. We didn’t try the buffet but it looked great!

We enjoyed our 10 night stay in Taipei. Definitely we will stay again in our next visit.
The hotel is well located, close to restaurants, shops and transit. Rooms are big, clean, and with everything you may need.
Hotel staff was very professional, kind and helpful. They helped us to arrange a taxi for 4 hours to visit the northern part of Taiwan.
