SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort

A M A Z I N G!! We spent two weeks travelling around Thailand and this property was our absolute favourite. From the extremely professional and welcoming check in, to the amazing breakfasts by the sea, lovely comfortable room, superb staff. I can't fault this place at all. Location is great also - nice and quiet if you want a relaxing peaceful stay, equally only a short walk to the high street.

The hotel is lovely. The service was appalling and it’s a shame that for the money you pay you don’t get the service. felt that every stage they want to make money off you. The airport is 10 mins away and I don’t understand why they can’t offer a free shuttle service. They use their own cars but still want to charge you THB1000 for a round trip or THB 600 per way. That’s beyond my understanding. For a 10 mins trip in Bangkok it averages about thb250 max ( at peak times ) . I don’t understand the charges. I also didn’t like the snails and slugs at the hotel. There were far too many to enjoy the hotel.
