Loved the staff, and the hotel. We used it as a place to freshen up and prepare for our flight. It was clean, lots of space, good aircon and relaxing. The airport drive was easy as well. What a delightful hotel

The location and price of the hotel make it ideal for travellers who arrive in Phuket with late flight or leave early. We spent 1 night at the hotel because of a late afternoon arrival at Phuket Internatonal Airport. The hotel offers free shuttle for airport transfer which can be pre-arranged by whatsapp messaging. We got picked up at gate 4 and it's 5 minutes ride to hotel. The room was clean and spacious with good hygienic condition. There were some food street stalls nearby. A 7-11 convenience store and medium size supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a restaurant which provides some food but choices were limited.

I contacted the property numerous times without any response even days later. My arrival was scheduled for 11:42 pm and the residence is across the street. I asked if I could have until 12:15 a.m. at the very very latest to check in so I'd have enough time to get my bags and make the 10 min walk. Nope. No response. No one to let me in. I was a stranded solo female traveler for hours until I finally found a place that would let me check in at 2:30 am and check out that afternoon. Never again will I book here. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Perfect spot for a layover! Airplanes are loud but literally 2 min from the airport

Very convenient to the airport, plus they had complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off. Great value and large rooms with excellent service. Nice little restaurants nearby as well as the David restaurant itself.

Staff was lovely. An easy stay going from or to the airport.

Yellow stains on sheets. Someone tried to break into room about 1:30am. Door has one lock that is controlled by key which guy on outside must have had similar key bc lock was turning a bit. No top lock. I did rookie mistake of booking room under 1 traveler and traveled alone as a young female for less than 12hrs. Airport shuttle guy drove reckless (compared to every driver I had around Thailand and Malaysia for last 2 weeks). Thank god the drive was only a couple minutes from airport.

You're definitely getting the most basic with this hotel. Not bad but nothing amazing either. It's close to the airport so that's a plus. Across the street actually. You aren't getting much more than a bed though and it smells slightly old and awkward inside the room. I might have given it an extra star if not for the first room they gave me having not ben cleaned yet and having to get a different room. Only stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay and were particularly happy with the free transport from the airport. Great value for money!
