Booked for an over night stay before an early morning flight. Did the job. Super cheap and convenient. Room a bit run down and shabby but for the price I may not complaining. Got a good sleep before a 4am wake up call. Would use again.

After trying to contact the hotel via expedia app and via email directly with no luck and continuous email bounce backs, I called to ask about the airport transfers. My first call I was hung up on after about 10mins of getting nowhere second call I was handed to someone else who advised me just to call on arrival and they would send car for 200bhat. So I did this when I arrived and was told " no sorry we dont do that" and airport taxis were asking 1000. I walked over to the hotel instead. Would appreciate some consistancy.

It's a great place to stay when you want to be close to the airport. It definitely fulfills all the requirements and has a great staff, I had a great time there . Good staff and close to basic amenities

Acceptable for 1 or 2 nights if you need to stay near the airport.
Wouldnt recommend for longer stays.
It's easy and safe to walk to and from the hotel, so no need for a taxi, which is great.
We stayed there the last night of our holiday to be close to the airport.

Caveat: The taxis are not easily available in this area. However, the staff are available to drive to the airport (only 5 minutes) at a reasonable price. They also drove me to a local market where I had dinner by the seaside. That restaurant, Phen's Restaurant has an amazing selection of foods and very nice ambiance.

The family room was fantastic, a bed for adults and 2 bunk beds above it with a good living space. Clean and functional. Exactly what was needed for the night before going to the airport.

It was advertised as a 24hr airport transfers. This was not the case and trying to contact the hotel to organise it was impossible, I tried for 2 days. Very frustrating when you arrive at 10pm and have to try an source transport.

Really good value airport property its literally 10 mins walk out of the airport domestic arrivals hall.The property is clean,modern has a nice pool,the staff are lovely and helpful.
It's perfect for a 24 hour stop over!
Not too many food places near however there is a massive 7/11 2 mins from property with absolutely everything you need! I have stayed twice and would definitely stay again! Thank you for another great stay !
