Vplus Hotel

This hotel was as good as some of the highest quality hotels that are much more expensive. The room was clean, everything was working well, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the airport and far from the tourist attractions in Istanbul, but there is a bus stop right in front of it with buses every 5-10 minutes. It was very convenient and cheap to go to the airport in the morning. I would without a doubt stay there again if I had to stay in Istanbul again.

24hr check in. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Easy to find . Large spacious rooms. Great place to stay if you need to get to the airport easily but there’s very little to do in that area so you need to commute into Istanbul.

Decent airport hotel, did the job. Got a good sleep before we left early for our flight back home

Very nice hotel that is close to the Sabiha airport

The nice hotel is very close to the Sabiha airport. Perfect for long transfer. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. The Internet is fast. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The only thing that might bother is the bad soundproof of the windows as the hotel is near the busy road but for some people, it might be like white noise to sleep better, but also you can hear the sound of the flights. Also, it would be nice to tell the time of the breakfast, it is written on the reception, but we arrived tired and stressed out and did not notice the information and when wanted to have breakfast it was already over. Also, we had a bad experience with the taxi driver on the way to the hotel - 10 10-minute drive and 100TL seemed too little for them. Ask the hotel to call you a taxi - that was a very good experience.

The room was very nice and large, subway and bus is near, hotel is very close to Sabiha airport, staff are friendly and there is always at least one person there that speaks English which is an asset for a Turkish hotel, there are a lot of hotels in Istanbul that no one speaks English. We got a deal for $41 a night for the deluxe room which was very good. The sofa’s base was kinda broken and we had to be careful with it. We asked for Spoons I guess they forgot to give us. But overall amazing, very clean and comfortable and NICE :)

Big comfortable clean room 15 min taxi (150 lira) to the airport. Very reasonable price, no breakfast.

I booked the room after reading raving reviews but unfortunately I myself can’t agree with that. On the positive site are: the airport is only a few kilometers distance, metro station is approx. 700 meters walking distance, room is big. On the negative site are: room smells funny and therefore disgusting. The bed head is made of fabric and therefore had plenty of stains. Should have been a material which can be wiped clean, we got an empty sheet as cover for sleeping. This is the only hotel I have been who had only an empty cover of a duvet as a sheet for sleeping. In the closet was the thick duvet, without the covering as the empty covering was on the bed. Check in was annoying: I booked and paid e few days prior. At arrival it is common that the receptionist asks for your ID, data etc. but the guy at the front desk was not very friendly or interested, he took the ID and without comment let us wait more than 15 minutes. Also never happened before. Check In is usually finished in a few minutes. Another guy was standing near him with hands in pockets of a jacket and said also nothing. I expected some problems after that long of a wait. I was on my way to giving up and saying something improper finally the room keycard was handed over without any information. Usually the front desk persons are smiling, welcoming, giving informations etc. etc. I am pretty aware that no one is the center of the earth neither I but a basic rule should apply to all employees.

A new contructed hotel. Very clean. 5 min to airport.

Property itself seemed in good condition however we arrived at midnight for a very short stay of 5 hours. When we got to our room the toilet had not been cleaned and was covered in urine, Pubic hair and toothpaste?? from the previous guest. It had clearly not been cleaned in between. There was also no hot water at all, we showered after our day of travel in cold water and then went to have a hot shower in the morning 5 hours later.. still no hot water. Planned to speak with staff in the morning upon leaving but lobby was full of police and they seemed busy enough. Would I recommend…. No.
