Zoom Hotel

The hotel was convenient for one night. Location is good, 7 minutes walk from Metro. My flight was early in the morning, the taxi ride was less than 10 min. Hotel does not offer shuttle as it says in the description. But they call you a taxi, only 110 Turkish lira. Downfall that there are no soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear people watching TV and talking loudly.

You get what you pay for and for 1 night as it’s near the airport it is ok. The hotel entrance is at the back of what looks like a car park entrance. The lifts were old noisy and not well maintained. This hotel advertises that it has10 restaurants on hotels.com - it doesn’t even have 1 but there are several restaurants nearby although nothing classy only basic. The room was big and generally clean but there were several issues. I asked for a quiet room and got given a very noisy one, road facing 2nd floor. All night traffic. Then there is the issue of absolutely no sound proofing, you can hear the person next door move let alone when they talk and everything else. It was as if they were in my room! Might as well have been. There was no toilet paper or shampoo. There was tea and coffee but no stirrer. No bottled water either. Cups were crockery and dirty/chipped. The room had a dangerous ledge to step down into and on arrival you don’t know this and can fall down so be careful. The hairdryer wires were loose and so close to the sink very dangerous. The bed was comfortable, sheets stained and you need to go to the cupboard and put the duvet into the cover yourself. Aircon was ok and worked. Given all this I would not stay again and rather pay more to have comfort and peace.

Modern and comfortable hotel close to the airport and within a 5 mins walk to the metro and mall. There is also a mini-mart within the hotel with reasonable prices. All the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Accidentally booked for the wrong night, guy at reception made everything work out and found a room for us! Was clean and comfortable, perfect stay before hitting the airport the next morning. Close to the transit.

Easy connection with taxi to get to the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel. They allowed me to check in early as I arrived from the airport and the price is very affordable. The staff were very friendly.

I chose to stay there because it was close to the airport. Overall is not bad, but the noises were annoying. I could hear what was being said in the rooms next to mine easily.

It’s a budget hotel, no frills expected BUT it was tremendous value and the reception staff were excellent. They helped us order delivered food and booked a taxi which came within three minutes. Highly recommend if you just need a bed near SAW Airport.

This is a no frills budget hotel close to shops ,restaurants and of course the SG airport. The room facilities: kettle, fridge and a reasonable shower. The big plus is that it’s an ideal location for the SG airport. The front desk provided a wake up call and arranged a transfer to the Airport. Ok for an overnight before a flight.
