The Kayseri Loft Hotel

Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting I don’t think it will be sufficient for summer stay.

Perfect place to stay if you travel with kids and have a early flight.

Great experience. Lovely cave room in a lovely location. Great breakfast too and nice staff. The only minus is that parking can be tricky.

Spacious room, clean and modern. They even made up the room in the afternoon (we left at 1 pm, and the room was clean when we came back in the evening). The only disappointment was the spa. We just wanted to use the swimming pool and sauna. But the man who was in charge was very pushy to sell us a massage. He showed us prices in dollar that were at least twice as high as the prices that were advertised in lira on the flyer in the room, but he said that were old prices. Anyway, we weren’t interested in a massage but he kept being pushy. Even when we left, he shouted from the back “guuuys, where are you going?! Massage massage”. We never went back to use the swimming pool, just to avoid this guy. Then, we were also required to buy a swim cap to use the pool. Never had to buy that in a hotel before, but ok (not that the spa was that hygienic: used towels were all over the place). The guy said it was only 1$. I asked for the price in TL but he said that it would automatically be converted if we pay upon checkout, which was false. We had to pay 30TL for 2 swimcaps. The exchange rate at the time was only 12 TL for 1$ so we refused to pay this. You can’t advertise prices in dollar and then take a higher rate. It was only about a difference of 6TL, but it was a matter of principle. After we explained this to the staff at the reception, they understood and we didn’t have to pay 30 TL, just 20. Conclusion: If you don’t want to use the spa, this is a good hotel.

Amazing place to stay if you're going to the ski resorts. Prices for the shuttle could be cheaper. The hotel has incredible amenities and friendly staff to relax when you come back have room service until 2 etc.
