Very relaxing few days in this hotel. It is located in a fairly quiet area away from main road. Room is very light with large bed, side table with night lights. Balcony overlooking street with furniture. Breakfast buffet style with plenty of choices, including vegetarian. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Very nice pool with seats and tables plus loungers. Small gym with attached sauna/steam room.
The bathroom is spacious but looking a little outdated. The loungers at the pool are rattan so not very comfortable.
It is very convenient for the airport.
Generally it was a lovely stay.

Just a quick one night stay after visiting national parks. Very friendly and helpful staff who met all of my needs. Very convenient to Entebbe Airport with a shuttle. Well-appointed room. Dinner (pan seared tilapia) was delicious.

The restaurant, open 24 hours, was amazing. We arrived at midnight and ordered the goat dish and chicken stir fry and they were both so tasty. The chef, Elly, was so kind and talented.
Would certainly recommend. Close to airport… good prices, great staff.

Staff need to be properly trained before being allowed to work with guests
Even had one woman at reception stating that the taxi I had booked to take me to the airport (5 minutes away) was only charged for me, not my wife who was accompanying me, and I should be charged extra. Just terrible and petty. You should be discussed!!!

The facility was reasonable, but the service was disappointing. The airline changed our outgoing flight time from 4:00pm to 7:00am, requiring an early departure for the airport. I requested the hotel shuttle. Although many hotels provide the service gratis, apparently that is not the case here and the shuttle ride cost $12 per person. Since I had booked the room with breakfast option and was not going to be able to take advantage of that, I had hoped that perhaps the hotel might comp the shuttle ride instead, but they did not offer. OK, so I asked for 2 bottles of water to take to the room for drinking and teeth brushing. I don't know what the issue was with that, but my goodness, you'd think I'd asked for the presidential suite. Apparently we couldn't just get bottles from the bar or restaurant unless they were paid for; they had to come from housekeeping. After waiting at the front desk for 20 minutes, I asked again about the water, and was told that someone would bring it up to the room. After 45 more minutes, I called down and asked once more. They had
"been busy". It's now almost 9 pm. About 15 minutes later, a very nice young man who probably drew the short straw arrived at the door and graciously delivered the water. It was a silly and unnecessary issue and really did not reflect well on the hotel service. Two bottles of water in lieu of two hotel breakfasts seems like an easy fix. Happy to report the shuttle was on time the next morning.

I stayed here much longer then almost ALL guests usually stay: fully 15 days aug 27th till sept 10th
The staff and the food are the high points which I rate as 5 star hotel level endeavors
As for the rest.... 3 star hotel level for room quality and functionality. 2 star level for overall operational stability, ( power outages are very very common..rooms leak literally THROUGH the walls when it rains in first half of day, as this is rainy season in Uganda. I am speaking of their HIGHEST COSTING SUITES! Each and every morning the balcony is replete with carcasses of flying ants! The refrigerators are hit and miss, I had to have mine replaced twice during the room changes I went through.. half of the actual infrastructure is in disrepair and they are not trying to fix it..for whatever reason, case in point: there are two elevators in this 4 story hotel, only one works, and it is very tempermental..can only handle three people at once. I asked and the one which is on the blink has been broken for "months". They employ an engineer for when the one in use does shut down.. so why has he not fixed the other? if the one in use breaks , they are in DEEP TROUBLE. The jacuzzis which are one of the main selling points of the suites are NOT properly maintained.. so my first exposure was in 201, and the thing had apparently not been used for some time. It was full of brown rust water and then the actual motors were badly in need of lubrication. To the point where the noise was too much .
