I found this hotel below standards for a Dubai hotel. The bed was mighty uncomfortable the checkin was very slow as there was a queue. The only positive was the free shuttle service from the airport.

Room was very tired. We stayed twice, on our way to and from Frankfurt from Australia. Both times we noted it definitely needs refurbishing. Our second stay, the small flush in the toilet wasn't working. The TV wasn't working and the pillows were average. The bar and food at the bar were good except for the smoking which of course is allowed in Dubai
We couldn't find the shuttle bus to pick us up. We took the shuttle to the airport but the bus driver did not let anyone know which terminal we were at. Fortunately we were at the right one.

Hotel staff arranged for early check-in upon request. Airport shuttle service was a good value add. Overall a good property near to the airport.

The room itself did not look up to par at all, it was giving motel vibes. The free breakfast was disgusting, the food was not appealing at all. Everything looked very outdated and was not cleaned well, I essentially ended up using the room for storage and the free transport to the airport and I slept somewhere else. I would not recommend this space to anyone looking for quality accommodation in Dubai.

Good access to the hotel with airport shuttle to and from the airport as had layover for 12 hrs in Dubai. The hotel refused to give me a refund for booking the day before (as made mistake on booking as travelling overnight -reaching 1 day), and I had to make a new booking. It was good they were not very busy, otherwise would have been stuck. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. Hotel was clean and amenities in room were standard.

It was a little confusing to find the hotel shuttle from the airport (not Holiday Inns problem) as signage was poor on the outside of terminal 3 (go up a flight of stairs to departures and then all the way to one end. Had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle.
