Element Dubai Airport

Good location for airport terminal 1 and metro station. Was upgraded to king suite and appreciate the layout. Complete kitchenette with washing machine. But bathroom needs shower screen. Friendly and helpful staff, since I checked in late was given extended check out. Online booking communication need improvement. They didnt provide the shuttle schedule despite couple of requests via Expedia chat.

No shuttle bus from airport to Hotel. I sent message to hotel about the shuttle bus from airport to Hotel, and their answer was not clear, cause me walking around to find shuttle bus during a very bad hot/humid condition.

Positive - The space in the rooms was generous and great, even for a family of 5. It was also great to see the kitchenette and laundry machine available in the rooms too. The things that could be better - Unfortunately staff couldn't see the hotel was already paid for via Expedia and asked for it to be paid again, it was quickly resolved however I was charged an additional fee for tax - I'm not sure whether this was included or not in the Expedia payment. The in-house options for food were quite pricey and the floors of the rooms themselves could have been cleaner. Early check out was a bit cumbersome as I'd advised when we checked in that we were leaving early but no one answered the phone for around 3-4 calls and then I had to go to another reception for the check out. We were in a rush to go to the airport with small children, so the process could have been a bit better.

Great hotel - just what was needed after a long flight that got in very early in the morning. 10 out of 10

Close to DXB airport and has a free shuttle service.

The staff was the best part of this trip. It was a late-night stopover from an overnight flight. I was checked in promptly and Into a nice clean room .. staff was very very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located close to the airport loved it all so much … I would be back. :)

The main reason I chose this hotel is that it was listed as having an airport shuttle. In reality, the shuttle only runs from the hotel to the airport and NOT from the airport to the hotel. Also there were no instructions on how to reach the hotel on foot through various bridges and tunnels, even though I had contacted the hotel in advance. Also there was never any indication that we had to checkin at the Aloft Hotel, even though staying at the Element Hotel.

Good overnight stay, close to Dubai Airport. Shuttle bus service was a little bit of a dissapointment. Only transfer to the airport, not from and only one time from Dubai Mall back to the Hotel. Information about that was not clear.

They DO NOT offer a pick up shuttle service from the airport. Finding this out at 6am after a 10 hour flight this was extremely upsetting.

Good location close to the airport. Perfect for an overnight layover. The only negative was our bedding wasn’t all that clean. It looked like they didn’t change the sheets and had stains and bread crumbs on it. We didn’t bother telling the staff since we didn’t really stay for the night, but I wasn’t expecting that from Marriott. Overall a nice hotel though with a warm water roof top pool.
