There is no transfer from airport to hotel

Close to the airport. Free airport shuttle included. Close to the airport and great price. Would recommend. Clean comfortable room. For something cheap and close to airport with shuttle can’t go wrong.

This was planned as a 1 night layover before flying to Cyprus. Unfortunately Cyprus airways cancelled my flight without informing me. The reception staff were great getting me back in old room and suggesting I might get better rate if booked again through you. Room was good, best Ibis I have stayed at. They share some facilities with another more expensive sister hotel. e.g restaraunt, but also have own snack bar. NO alcohol! Explained have siesta between 13.00 annd 15.00 so please clean room around this period. Was woken at 14.00 by housekeeping not happy. Called housekeeping at 15.00 to ask for room to be cleaned. Did not turn up until 16.30, I arrived back shortly after only to be told they could not clean room with me in it Rediculous, I have been in over 100 hotels in last 6 years and never had this even with lady cleaners and this was a male. So no time to clean room but time to take tip I had left. Another issue was getting boarding pass printed. Ibis has no print capacity for this so had to liase with sister reception. One hour and 3 mailings later gave up ever getting print. This despite hotel booking printing fine when sent to same address. The young lady was very pleasant and tried repeatedly to be helpful but did not deliver service that usually takes 5 minutes. That said hotel good position with mini market nearby and close to airport. Would cetainly stay there again as excellent value and room good standard.

Just one night layover, but check in quick, efficient and voluntered me a late check out. Room more spacious than other Ibis hotels stayed in. Good size shower. Breakfast was ok, good omlette station but buffet tailored mostly to local tastes, cost about £15. Good value, would stay again

Great value hotel! The price is very affordable and what you get for the price is very decent. Also very close the airport which is the best feature. I recommend ibis and would go again on a tight budget.

Warning: there is no shuttle bus forn the airport after 2pm. Staff are rude . Charged me twice for the room although I already paid through Expedia.

Convenient location from airport and metro. However, not convenient to get from airport to hotel even it’s 15 min walk distance but it’s not possible to walk. Not sure about metro, because when we called from airport to hotel asking for suggestions how to get there, the only answer was taxi.

I booked this hotel because: 1.it is near the airport 2.it has free transportation to the airport. In the morning I went to the front desk to a staff member named Amr and asked him for the airport shuttle schedule. he asked for my boarding ticket and my phone to register me for the shuttle. after 2 minutes he gave me back my phone and said he had registered me. then I found out that I had written a review on my behalf on google about your company. 30 minutes later the shuttle arrived. The employee asked to see my ticket. He asked me what terminal I was at. I told him I didn't know. Then he googled the information and said I should go to terminal 1. When I arrived at the airport I couldn't find my flight in the flight schedule on the electronic board. I asked the desk clerk what I should do if I couldn't find my flight. he looked and told me that I had to go to another airport. it was 3.5 hours before the flight. I went outside and got into a cab and went to the airport. I paid 100$ for the cab. After 2.5 hours I arrived at the other airport and somehow managed to check in and get on the plane. I ask for a full refund of the money I spent on the taxi. And the company should either not provide this service at all or hire responsible and honest employees.

great location if you need next to be the airport.

The hotel was fine for 1 day - wouldnt stay there for a longer period as I didnt like the area but ideal for an early departure as it was close to the airport. The hotel is next to the Metro which was handy but the area was not great and not much around. Right next to the motorway and Metro line which made it noisy. I didnt use the pool but it was there and open until 10pm. I used the morning airport shuttle which worked fine.
