Hotel close to the airport, easy for arrivals and departures

Close to airport, nice rooms but service and choice at breakfast could be improved. Also service at pool bar extremely slow.

Excellent service and customer service. Conveniently located near the airport and also 15 minutes from Dubai City. Because of the location, taxis struggled to find the main entrance but again, staff were very helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for one night due to a long layover. Despite its five-star rating, the receptionist's lack of professionalism was evident from the start. He held onto my phone for several minutes without acknowledging me while I tried to provide booking details. Despite my attempts to retrieve my phone and give him necessary information, he continued to hold it, and even joked with a passing colleague while I waited. The bathroom could have been cleaner; the sink was clogged with a metal piece that I couldn't remove. On a positive note, the shower area was nice, and the beds were comfortable. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and humid while I waited for the shuttle. The hotel advertised a free airport shuttle, but disappointingly, it was only available for drop-offs, not pick-ups, and only until 2 PM. Overall, the hotel did not live up to its five-star rating in terms of service and attention to detail.

The second stay was terrible. We placed in a room that stank, we complained but were never moved. They were 4 of us and they kept bringing a bottle of water despite telling them a couple of times. The hotel has a shuttle to the airport but we were tricked to pay for taxi by the hotel chief transport person. This time is my 3rd stay and I won’t return.

The team is excellent. A quiet place near the airport or the metro. The breakfast is really good and everyone of the team is answering quickly and professionally to all your needs. Nice swimming pool. And another one at the roof. We’ll come back for sure

My biggest disappointment was lack of airport shuttle at arrival! It was specifically stated in the hotel description but it was untrue! I spent 30 minutes looking for it, only to find they dont have a shuttle. The room was relatively clean but not a 5 star hotel clean. Furniture was also old, towels had holes in them etc.

They lied for shuttle service I have to pay for pick and drop.

I was little disappointed as I had booked Grosvenor Suite well in advance, but I was offered two 1 BHK appartments. Moreover, one of the reasons I booked the hotel because I saw somewhere that they provide airport transfers, but I was informed that the service from airport to hotel has been discontinued. Overall, my stay was comfortable and breakfast had lot of options to choose from.
