TIME Grand Plaza Hotel, Dubai Airport

Only an overnight stay before flying home but a lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff

It was a good location for the airport. You had to get 2 metros into the centre of town while it was simple to change metro it took a little bit of time. Metro come about every 3 minutes. Metro v close to hotel. Staff were v friendly. Hotel v clean. Swimming pool lovely.

Fabulous very short stay. Bargain price right near to the airport with great restaurants very close by. An added advantage of a swimming pool and gym too . It’s a real gem thank you all

It was just got one night . Although it markets as an airport hotel it is about 20-30 minutes away . There is no free shuttle . They can arrange a car service or call a cab . Reception was friendly with Juveel checking us in . Edgar the concierge was very helpful with providing information.

The four of us were highly pleased with the location, accommodations and efficiency of the staff. The moment we entered the parking deck and was warmly received by security, we knew we had selected the perfect hotel. The rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony locations added to our delight. We all will stay at the TIME Grand again.

Buyer Be Ware... Please don't get caught up on the decor of this newly renovated property. Looks can be deceiving. I booked for one day only to stay for a few hours until my flight. Internet is overpriced. Much more than other hotels in Dubai. The walls are paper thin. Someone checked in beside me and started to play music. It was unbearable to say the least. I felt like we were in the same room. I also booked to be near the airport. You can see the airport from the hotel. The hotel charged 90 aed to go to airport. The bellmen wouldn't flag down a taxi for you like at most hotels in Dubai. If you must stay, leave out in enough time to take the metro or flag down a taxi yourself from the side street which is very close to the hotel. It should cost 10 aed at the most The owners and operators of this establishment is all about money and less on customer service. There are a lot more hotels in Dubai who would appreciate and show great customer service. I didn't like the surrounding area. Not great if you plan to stay in Dubai for a few days.
