Was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of staff and their willingness to make suggestions. Our Netflix was not working and the engineer arrived at 9 pm to attend to the problem. Loved the shuttle as it was a great relief not to have arrange Uber after a long day of commuting.

- spent $60 on taxi and found out shuttles where running
- Person working didnt seem happy and was not friendly. Gave me no information about hotel or bfast times in morning.
- Room smelled and had a humidifier plugged in which someone came and got after about 10 mins of us being in room.
- Room didnt have wifi information
- Couldn’t get tv to work and no instructions how to use remote
- Was charge $10 for parking but we used taxi

Great place for a late night airport arrival. We were lucky on our timing for the shuttle. It only picks up once an hour and it was pretty full (shared with another hotel).

The property and staff are perfect for a one night stay close to the airport. We were in the last room on the 1st floor and did not have internet access. The front desk logged me on but it still didn't work from the room. I spent hours in the lobby which I expected to be able to work in my room.

I booked the room when I realized that all the rental car places at the Denver airport. We’re going to be closed at midnight when I arrived. After 30 minutes waiting on the hotel shuttle I called the hotel and found out that it quit running at 11 PM the next morning there was no hot water to take a shower,, the problem was remedied, but not in time for me to get a morning shower. The night manager Christopher was very kind and professional. And the next morning Krista was very helpful.
