Really great suite. Saved us from the unpredictable trip down the mountain on the way to the airport. Breakfast good too!

We stay here b/c they don't charge for parking and they have 2 peloton bikes!

The front desk clerk was terribly rude! They could not make keys for the room they assigned. I asked for a different room then. They said I could only have one room key and I needed two. They said I should be happy to get one room key. Said I should understand that the front desk crew is not technical and cannot figure out how to make 2 room key. In the room the sheets and pillows were so old and worn out. Other than that- the room seemed clean and comfortable. We took the shuttle both ways from the airport and were satisfied with the ride. I

The front desk staff was excellent went above and beyond to come find us in the parking lot as we were unpacking our bags from the car to tell us that our room changed due an air conditioner issue and gave us new keys. I was very impressed by her customer service. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

While the hotel itself was great. Comfortable room. Great, friendly staff; the area is rife with crime. We experienced a smash and grab of our rental car while at the Moonlight Diner at 1 in the afternoon! The restaurant manager and the hotel staff all state that this happens all the time, especially at the motels. So just be careful. They stole a laptop, an iPad and other personal items. And the cops don’t care. They’ll send you a link to file a report online. Otherwise the hotel is very convenient to the airport and there is a Ruby Tuesday right across the street.

My stay was awful. I arrived late. The room had an beyond overpowering fragrance odor. I assume from the cleaning material. It was unbearable. It made my eyes swell; gave me a headache and made me nauseous- I asked for a flagrance free room- clerk at desk said there were none- i asked to see another room- she said none- i asked to sleep by the pool. she said no. By this time it was midnight- I could not switch hotels. The odor appeared to be worse by the bathroom. I turned the air on high, closed the bathroom door, and slept in layers of clothes. The odor seemed to have lessened a fair amount in the morning. Dont know why they used so very strong cleaning material late. Maybe Someone in room had Covid? I will never know cuz I am never going back. I had problems getting the tv to work. That problem paled in comparison to the strong odor in room. The clerk when I checked out was very helpful in getting the shuttle for me.

The hotel was fine, especially just for the night with a morning flight but shuttle service was totally booked so we ordered an Uber. Not a big deal but the whole point of staying at an airport hotel was to get to the airport. The Uber driver told us that was very common. Glad I reserved the ride tge night before.

Nice clean place located close to the airport.

Room was comfortable and well equipped for a several day stay. May have been an anomaly but asked for the airport shuttle at 330am, called later to confirm and was told all shuttles booked till 7 AM and I wasn't on the list! Called an uber at 330 am and walked out to see 2 empty vans and the driver asked me if I wanted a ride to airport. Cost 30 for an uber and I specifically picked this hotel because of advertised free airport shuttle. Not happy.

There was not enough parking in the lot for guests. We were told we could park in a neighboring hotel parking lot and walk over.
